CAMPAIGNS
"Worthy answer" - Aims
to bring up fundamental models of mutual disrespect
and humiliation in people's everyday communications.
Such models have deep roots in the Bulgarian culture,
that stay on the way of the nation's huge intellectual
potential to be mobilized and put to work for the
prosperity of our society.
Realization will be accomplished by broadcasting
30 - 60 sec TV clips, showing in dynamic, even humoristic
way situations which everyone of us have experienced;
situations that provoke intolerance towards others
and, bottom line, not only bitter our days but also
deplete our energy, otherwise needed for structural
decisions and actions.
Simultaneously, in the clips will be included a
suggestion for a form of reaction, that would counter
the effect of the hurt feelings and the vicious
circle of reciprocal rejection; also it will help
the recipients in the choice of a more intellectual
and rational approach.
The message connecting all the TV clips will be:
We are ONE nation, and achieving MORE by
being TOGETHER. No Fear. No mutual disrespect!
"My opinion counts" - Aims to
mobilize citizens' activism and enhance the process
of showing the weak spots in the system. Announcements
in the media will encourage the process of responding
and sending us information about incorrect administrative,
political and business decisions that have a negative
effect on the security and tranquility of the citizens,
as well as their rights equality and possibilities
for prosperity.
Signals will be classified and discussed /with a
particular purpose to find specific solutions and
in fact apply those/ with the peoples' representatives
from the respective area, as well as the local authorities.
The messages sent will be a original deed of empowering
the foundation to represent the citizens in these
cases. The message of this campaign will be: "I
chose you to be there, and you will need my vote
tomorrow!"
"How do I want to look the
one that works for me" - Aims to visualize
people's expectations for the way they expect the
person they voted for to look like; be that a political
figure, or the ones whom salaries they pay - police
forces, states employees, etc.
Will be in printed form, also posted on billboards
in bigger cities, places that are in peoples' everyday
life and sight.
The form of this message will be based on contradicting
the already existing image of a subject representing
the respective category, even slightly caricatured,
against the image of a subject that clearly shows
professionalism, intellect, determined and suggesting
sense of aesthetics and caring for the interest
of the ones who he or she works for.
The content of this message will be: We,
the People of Bulgaria are the warrants of your
hard work and we expect you to continue working
for us!
"I am proud to be a Bulgarian
and this is my country": Aims to open
peoples' minds for the juridical fact that ethnic
origin and religion cannot be a reason for bearing
different responsibilities before the law and the
communal order.
All are equal before the laws of Bulgaria and applying
the justice cannot be as a result of circumstantial
belonging to a particular ethnic group or, respectively,
NOT belonging to such ethnic group. Every criminal
deed will be treated as such and respectively will
be punished regardless of the ethnical belonging
of the one who did it.
By announcing in the media will be stimulated the
willingness of the Bulgarian citizens to contact
our foundation and share publicly attempts for discrimination
of:
- individuals or groups of different ethnical origin
- individuals or groups /in areas with Bulgarian
population/ of dominating ethnical origin over individuals
or groups of different origin
- parents over children
- teachers over students
- employers over employees, OR such who apply for
employment
- ethnical Bulgarians over non-ethnical Bulgarians
The content of this campaign's message will be:
All Bulgarians are the same when it comes
to the law.
"Get to know yourself, your
nation, and be a part of the world!"
- Aims to provoke people's conscious and help them
get rid of certain typical for the Bulgarian culture
demerits, that stay on the way of our peoples' successful
integration in the global world of the 21st century.
With short message of similar type:
-Being rough does not certainly mean that you are
powerful.
-Being a pessimist does not mean that you are realistic.
-Being suspicious does not mean that you are cautious.
National dignity does not mean to tolerate qualities
that hurt our communication and make us unpleasant
and unsuccessful people.
Put a smile on Bulgaria's face!

Secretary of State
United States of America
